For me Adoration is heaven on earth, since God is heaven and God is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. Everyone who is in heaven is perfectly united to God, so this means that when we go to Adoration, all of the angels and the saints are also present as they are united in Christ.

Eucharistic Adoration is a source of consolation for me. I have brought each problem to our Lord in Adoration. He has either helped me to get rid of the problem or He has given me the strength to face the problem, and then I would later learn that the problem itself actually helped me to build on my endurance and helped me become steadfast in my faith.
